02. Challenges
- High Industry-Specific Targeting: The event’s audience was niche, requiring our team to focus on attracting professionals and businesses specifically within the plastics, packaging, and branding sectors.
- Dynamic Content Needs: Covering a live event meant we needed to capture and share real-time highlights, requiring agility to capture photography, video content, and livestreams.
- Driving Engagement in Real-Time: The goal was to generate high engagement on Instagram and other platforms over a short period, with an emphasis on account interactions, collaboration tags, and link clicks to extend event visibility.
- Multiple Content Formats: The campaign required diverse content, including graphic design, live video, photography, and video highlights, to appeal to a varied audience and maintain engagement over the three days.
- Multi-Platform Presence: We managed posts and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, requiring tailored content for each platform’s unique audience and format requirements.
03. Our Approach
To address these challenges, we developed a multi-faceted strategy designed to maximize reach, engagement, and brand interactions for PROPAK WEST AFRICA:
Targeted Audience Engagement: We used industry-specific hashtags, tagging strategies, and relevant keywords to ensure our content reached professionals in plastics, packaging, and branding, thus driving focused traffic to the event’s pages.
Real-Time Content Creation and Posting: Our team captured and produced content on-site, including high-quality photos, video highlights, and livestreams of key sessions and exhibitor showcases. This provided a dynamic view of the event, drawing in virtual attendees and encouraging organic interactions.
Creative Content Design: In addition to real-time content, we designed visually cohesive graphics, promotional posts, and story highlights that aligned with Afrocent Montgomery’s branding and the professional theme of the event.
Influencer and Exhibitor Collaboration: We coordinated with exhibitors, speakers, and industry influencers to collaborate on posts, engage in tagging, and share stories, creating a multiplier effect that expanded the event’s online presence.
Engagement Management: Our team actively monitored and engaged with the audience in real time, responding to comments, handling inquiries, and driving interactions to maintain high visibility and increase attendee interest.
