Event marketing agency for Africa
Paid search, paid social, creators, billboards and onsite social media for trade shows, conferences and festivals in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Rwanda and Egypt. Measured on registrations, exhibitor leads and ticket sales.
Working with organisers of shows in Lagos, Nairobi, Accra, Johannesburg, Kigali and Cairo
Who we are
Show audiences in Lagos, Nairobi, Accra, Johannesburg, Kigali and Cairo search differently, scroll differently and commute past different billboards. We run campaigns from inside those markets, in the channels their buyers actually use, and we report what each channel produced.
Seorill is the paid media and search brand of G6 Communication Group. Diglancers, our creator arm, brings sector-relevant creators and trade voices. G6 Image Africa, our production arm, puts the content crew on the floor. For event organisers the three work as one team on one plan and one report.
What we doThe show floor
A show has eight places where marketing either works or does not. This is what we do in each of them.
Entrance
Billboards on the commuter route, geo-fenced retargeting around the venue, and walk-in campaigns that lift day two and three attendance.
Plan my showServices
Twelve services in three jobs. Every one exists to move a number your board cares about: registrations, exhibitor bookings, sponsor leads, delegate sales or awards entries.
Timeline
Registration funnels, exhibitor lead generation, creator seeding, out-of-home bookings, and the tracking that makes the rest measurable.
Live social, onsite content crew, creator activations, walk-in campaigns and same-day highlight edits.
Rebooking campaigns, post-show film, data enrichment and the report your board actually reads.
Channel management, awards campaigns, content, and digital sponsorship inventory that earns while you plan the next one.
Event types
Most of our work is B2B exhibitions and conferences. The same team markets consumer shows, festivals and launches where the target is tickets and footfall.
Packaging, food and beverage, agriculture, energy, oil and gas, mining, construction, manufacturing, printing, healthcare, ICT and security shows.
Business, finance, fintech, technology, government, development and investment summits with paid delegate tickets.
Industry awards where the campaign has two jobs: entries first, then table sales.
Music, film, food and cultural festivals where ticket sales and sponsor visibility drive the plan.
Launch events, roadshows, pop-ups and experiential campaigns that need footfall on a specific day.
Marathons, tournaments, fan zones and watch parties with ticketing and sponsor obligations.
Public sector expos, investment forums, association congresses and donor conferences with attendance targets.
Webinars, online summits and hybrid editions where every registration comes through a link we can track.

Each market has its own platform costs, audience habits and billboard hotspots. Each has its own page with venues, channels and local answers.
Out-of-home
A well-placed board on the commuter route to the venue is still one of the cheapest ways to reach a show's audience three or four times in the final month. We book static and digital boards, airport and mall placements and transit media on the same plan as the digital campaign, so the audience that saw the board is retargeted on their phone that evening.

How it works
Tracking is built before a single naira, shilling, cedi or rand goes into media. Reporting lands every Monday morning.
You tell us the show, the dates, the targets and the budget. We ask about last edition's numbers.
Within a week you get a channel plan, a forecast range and a one-page summary with scope, deliverables and price.
Tracking, audiences, creative and landing pages are set up before a single naira, shilling, cedi or rand goes into media.
Campaigns go live with a weekly report every Monday and a standing call with your marketing lead.
The onsite team arrives the day before build-up ends. Content and live amplification run until the last visitor leaves.
Final report benchmarked against your last edition, then the rebooking campaign starts while the floor is still warm.
Testimonials
A short quote from a client about what changed for their show goes here. Two or three sentences is plenty.
A second quote, ideally from a commercial contact, about exhibitor leads and rebooking.
A third quote from a venue or partner about the onsite team.
Questions
Short answers. Ask us anything else on a call.
It turns an organiser's targets, such as visitor registrations, exhibitor bookings, sponsor leads and ticket sales, into paid and organic campaigns across search, social, programmatic, out-of-home, creators and email, and then reports on what each channel produced.
No. Trade shows and B2B conferences are the bulk of our work, but we also market awards, festivals, concerts, launches, sports events and hybrid events across the continent.
We run campaigns in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa and Egypt, and we can run cross-border campaigns for pan-African shows. Each country has its own page on this site.
Usually yes, in the last four to six weeks and close to the venue. Out-of-home still carries weight in Lagos, Nairobi, Accra, Johannesburg and Kigali, and it works best when it is booked alongside the digital plan so that the same audience sees the show three times before doors open.
Per edition, not per month. A fixed campaign fee tied to the scope, a management percentage on media spend above an agreed threshold, and onsite production days quoted separately. Media is billed at cost with full platform access for you.
Yes. We integrate with the common registration and CRM tools used by organisers, and we fix broken tracking before we spend a cent of media.
